style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u771f\u7684\u90a3\u9ebc\u53ef\u6015\u55ce\uff1f<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u7684\u5b78\u540d\u662fEscherichia coli\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u7c21\u7a31\u70baE. coli )\u00a0\u662f\u70ba\u7d00\u5ff5\u9996\u5148\u5c07\u6b64\u83cc\u5206\u96e2\u51fa\u4f86\u7684\u5fb7\u570b\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u5bb6Theodor Escherich\uff081857\uff5e1911\uff09\u800c\u547d\u540d\u7684\uff1b\u5176\u4e2d\u7684 coli\u6307\u7684\u662f\u5176\u68f2\u606f\u5730-\u7d50\u8178\uff08colon\uff09\u3002\u9867\u540d\u601d\u7fa9\uff0c\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u5728\u81ea\u7136\u754c\u4e2d\u7684\u6700\u4e3b\u8981\u68f2\u606f\u5730\u5c31\u662f\u6eab\u8840\u52d5\u7269\u7684\u5927\u8178\u4e2d\uff0c\u7576\u7136\u4e5f\u5305\u62ec\u4eba\u985e\u5728\u5167\u3002\u800c\u96a8\u8457\u5bbf\u4e3b\u52d5\u7269\u7684\u6392\u4fbf\uff0c\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u53ef\u6563\u5e03\u5230\u8a31\u591a\u81ea\u7136\u751f\u614b\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u6211\u5011\u7684\u6d88\u5316\u9053\u4e2d\u5145\u6eff\u4e86\u5404\u5f0f\u5404\u6a23\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u71df\u990a\u5145\u5206\u3001\u6eab\u5ea6\u53ca\u6fd5\u5ea6\u9069\u5b9c\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u9019\u4e9b\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u53ef\u5728\u8178\u9053\u4e2d\u5927\u91cf\u751f\u9577\u8207\u7e41\u6b96\uff0c\u7a31\u4e4b\u70ba\u300c\u6b63\u5e38\u83cc\u843d\u300d\uff08normal flora\uff09\u3002\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u4e5f\u662f\u5927\u8178\u4e2d\u6b63\u5e38\u83cc\u843d\u7684\u4e00\u54e1\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u6b63\u5e38\u83cc\u843d\u662f\u7121\u5bb3\u7684\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u662f\u6211\u5011\u7dad\u6301\u6b63\u5e38\u5065\u5eb7\u6240\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u5b83\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u5df1\u5408\u6210\u8a31\u591a\u7dad\u4ed6\u547d\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u7dad\u4ed6\u547dK\u53ca\u7dad\u4ed6\u547dB\u00a0\uff09\u4f9b\u5bbf\u4e3b\u5438\u6536\u8207\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u4e5f\u6703\u4fc3\u9032\u5bbf\u4e3b\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u6210\u719f\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u98df\u54c1\u8207\u98f2\u6c34\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u6aa2\u9a57\u662f\u8981\u78ba\u4fdd\u5176\u672a\u53d7\u5230\u7cde\u4fbf\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u4ee5\u514d\u75c5\u5f9e\u53e3\u5165\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u8a31\u591a\u7531\u7cde\u4fbf\u50b3\u67d3\u7684\u75c5\u539f\u83cc\u4e26\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\u6aa2\u9a57\uff0c\u5e38\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u4e9b\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u5100\u5668\u8207\u6280\u5de7\uff0c\u6709\u6642\u57f9\u990a\u6642\u9593\u4e5f\u5f88\u9577\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5011\u4fbf\u627e\u5230\u4e00\u500b\u6307\u6a19-\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u4f86\u4f5c\u6aa2\u9a57\uff1b\u4e00\u65e6\u767c\u73fe\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u7684\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u4fbf\u8a8d\u70ba\u8a72\u98df\u54c1\u6216\u98f2\u6599\u66fe\u53d7\u904e\u7cde\u4fbf\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u9069\u65bc\u4eba\u5011\u5403\u98df\u6216\u98f2\u7528\u3002\u81f3\u65bc\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u9078\u64c7\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u5462\uff1f\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u751f\u9577\u5feb\u901f\u3001\u6613\u65bc\u57f9\u990a\u3001\u53ca\u9451\u5b9a\u5bb9\u6613\u4e4b\u6545\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u5982\u679c\u5728\u98df\u7269\u4e2d\u6aa2\u9a57\u51fa\u6709\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\uff0c\u7531\u6b64\u63a8\u65b7\u8a72\u98df\u7269\u662f\u53d7\u5230\u8178\u9053\u4e2d\u7684\u7d30\u83cc\u6c61\u67d3\u3002\u4ea6\u56e0\u70ba\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u81f4\u75c5\u7d30\u83cc\u5982\u6c99\u9580\u6c0f\u83cc\u6216\u75e2\u75be\u687f\u83cc\u7b49\u662f\u7d93\u904e\u7cde\u4fbf\u50b3\u64ad\uff0c\u65bc\u662f\u7531\u6b64\u53c8\u63a8\u65b7\u51fa\uff0c\u65e2\u7136\u98df\u7269\u4e2d\u6709\u8178\u9053\u4e2d\u7684\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u8178\u9053\u4e2d\u7684\u81f4\u75c5\u7d30\u83cc\u7684\u51fa\u73fe\u7387\u4fbf\u6703\u76f8\u7e7c\u63d0\u9ad8\u3002<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> \u4f46\u662f\u5b83\u5011\u5176\u4e2d\u7684\u67d0\u4e9b\u83cc\u7a2e\u4e5f\u662f\u4eba\u985e\u4e00\u4e9b\u91cd\u8981\u75c5\u539f\u83cc\u3002\u8178\u5167\u51fa\u8840\u6027\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\uff08enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli, EHEC\uff09\u3002\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5f88\u6709\u540d\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\uff0c\u4ed6\u6703\u9020\u6210\u75c5\u4eba\u56b4\u91cd\u8179\u7d5e\u75db\u3001\u8179\u7009\u8207\u8d64\u75e2\uff0c\u5982\u7121\u9069\u7576\u6cbb\u7642\u8207\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u75c5\u4eba\u6703\u5728\u77ed\u6642\u9593\u5167\u5927\u91cf\u812b\u6c34\u8207\u5931\u8840\u800c\u5c0e\u81f4\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3002\u6b50\u6d32\u5730\u5340\u65bc2011\u5e745\u6708\u81f36\u6708\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u767c\u751f\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u8178\u5167\u51fa\u8840\u6027\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u611f\u67d3\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6578\u75c5\u4f8b\u5747\u5177\u6709\u5fb7\u570b\u65c5\u904a\u53f2\uff0c\u7d93\u8abf\u67e5\u70ba\u98df\u7528\u53d7\u6c61\u67d3\u8c46\u82bd\u6240\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u6d41\u884c\u75ab\u60c5\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<hr
